PS3 finally gets in-game XMB
With the next firmware update version 2.40, Sony’s PS3 is finally getting in-game Xross Media Bar which allows you to change console settings and access friends list without having to quit the game. Also announced was the Trophies system which seeks to mimic Xbox Achievement system.
No definite launch date yet, but as the current version is already 2.35, it will be sooner rather than later.
