Xbox 360 became the console to own with its low price point and its vast library of titles. 2008 was good for Microsoft as many hits were released on its consoles.

Best Xbox 360 Game of 2008: Gears of War 2
Marcus and the gang is back, and everything is bigger, badder and funner. Building on the wildly successful original, the sequel improves the cover mechanism, adds new weapons such as flamethrower, new items to use and even better graphics that show all the blood and limbs in glorious HD. Its co-op campaign is more cinematic and the story has been further developed compared to the previous outing as well.
